Is there a charge for delivery?
Delivery to addresses within the UK and all BFPO addresses is FREE. For more information please see our delivery page.
When will I receive my order?
Due to the handmade and individual nature of the products delivery times will vary. The maximum expected delivery is 5 working days
Can you deliver outside the UK?
Yes. We are able to deliver outside the UK provided you contact us first. However payment will need to be made in GBP.
What if I am not available to sign for my delivery?
We use Royal Mail's 'Signed For' service. If there is no one available to sign for your delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card with details of how you can arrange to collect your parcel from your local Royal Mail delivery .
What methods of payment do you accept?
Payment is made through Paypal who offer a secure payment process where you are able to use all major credit cards. You do not need a paypal account to use this service.
How will I know my order has been accepted?
Once you have successfully placed your order you will receive an automatic confirmation email from paypal.
What do I do if the item does not meet my expectations?
Our 7-day returns policy means that if you're not totally happy with your purchase you can return it to us for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is returned to us in perfect, unused condition together with all its original gift packaging. How long do refunds usually take?
Once your returned item has been received by us, your refund will usually be processed within 10 working days.
What happens if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will keep you informed and let you know the estimated delivery date. However, Items are usually removed from the site when they are out order.
If I wish to send my order as a gift to someone else what should I do?
